This is the official website for the Rising Star Chapter of Colonneh Lodge #137 of the Order of the Arrow, Boy Scouting's "National Honor Society." As the Order of the Arrow, we recognize those scouts who are exemplary in their adherance to the Scout Law and Oath in both Scouting and in their everyday lives. Rising Star Chapter is one of many in Colonneh Lodge, one of the largest lodges in the nation.
